“Second time staying here and honestly I love it. Super clean and the priority they give the customers is outstanding. We had family
come from different states and this was perfect because everyone had enough space and it was very family friendly. The scenery is beautiful and close to so many stores. I would recommend to stay here for any occasion!”

“This is actually a timeshare vacation resort. My wife and I purchased one of the original units back in 1997 and after 15 years and not needing it anymore. Gave it away to a relative. I needed a place to stay in Williamsburg while visiting a brother. I knew of this place so I rented it. It is just as nice today as it was 30 years ago. I was very satisfied”

“Pros:
- staff fantastic
- very nice breakfast
- location
- parking
Cons:
- room was barely cleaned we arrived and there was a bottle cup under the chair and we left and it was still there
- soap was finished and not replenished
- key continuing deactivated and this is quite annoying once you arrived in front of your room and you need to go down to the reception
- I suggest to re-caulk the bathroom as mold are building up
- it is strange to see that all air conditioned discharge the water on...

“Most of the staff we met were very pleasant, but the checkin person was unhelpful. I was unhappy that the hefty “resort fee” had been hidden in fine print, adding significantly to the cost of the room. When I asked why we were being charged such a fee, the check-in clerk’s reply was “we charge everyone” — not a helpful answer. This encounter left a bad impression on me, and while I like to support Colonial Williamsburg, I won’t stay in one of their hotels again.
I also think Expedia should...
