“The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on. ”

“The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.”

“The room was very very clean and orderly. It’s obvious the employee take great pride in their work! Checking in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Our driver to the airport was Jeremy and he was friendly and helped us with our luggage. He also pointed out places of interest in the way to the airport. Wish we had stayed longer! Thank you!”
