“I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. One of our rooms smelled like urine. The property has the structure to be nice and the breakfast offered was much better than other places. This truly seems to be a...

“The fact that everything is overpriced , and the one amenity missing from the rooms that should be available is a microwave ! The KCups never got replaced after the 1st day of a 3day stay. My refrigerator wasn't working upon arrival and someone didn't even look at it until almost 4 hrs after arrival.”

“Amazing hotel in the perfect location! That staff made you feel so welcomed. The best part was having beach towels/chairs available to guests and the coffee, tea, and toys for the kids at no additional cost! I can’t say how much I loved it here enough!”
