“The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. ”

“1. 辦理入住手續過程滿意. 2. 房間基本設備/用品都有提供. 房間燈光不大光猛和Wifi比較弱, 晚上在房間工作受到影響. 3. 早餐方面, 食物一般但可以接受. 原本早餐的位置應該在1/F餐廳, 但如果翌日入住客人人數少, 1/F餐廳會不開放. 客人需要之前一晚在大堂前台選擇(A, B, C早餐)及說明送餐時間, 職員會送早餐到客房內. 我入住6日5夜, 其中3個早上遇到這情況. 個人覺得不方便, 因為限制了我當天早上想早起床或遲起床. 4. 晚餐方面, 酒店2/F有一間中餐廳, 食物質量滿意的, 但出菜時間比較慢. 我光顧了兩個晚上, 每晚包括我當時只有共兩台客人, 等上菜時間比較久. 5. 辦理退房手續過程滿意. ”

“フロントの係員の感じがよく、安心してチェックイン、チェックアウトすることができました。部屋も十分な広さです。 グーグルマップだと実際の位置と少しずれているのですが、ホテルは金山衛駅から徒歩5分くらいのところであり、駅とホテルの間に特に建物がないので、道に迷うことはほぼありません。ただし、夜遅い時間は人通りが少なく、少しさびしい感じがします。 たまたまなのかもしれませんが、AMEXカードは利用できませんでした。”
