“There’s no doubt this is a beautiful historical old hotel, rooms are comfortable and have lots of original features! Good aircon and comfortable beds. However it does need a little love and attention- could definitely do with a bit of renovation (there were some works going on whilst we were there) nothing major and it didn’t inconvenience us at all) so maybe in a few months improvements will show. “This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious with fabulous furnishings. We ate at the restaurant which offered a range of delicious dishes and spent time around the pool. The staff are a delight, always smiling and eager to cater for every guest. The only comment i would make is that there is not much in the area, but if you're looking for a deserted beach or if you have transport, then this really isn't a problem.”

“The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. “Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer.
