“Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When...

“Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights.
We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon.
Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly.
Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the...

“We were really pleased we chose Bali Bohemia for our little trip to Bali! The hotel is brand new, colourful, clean and rustic. The location is great if you're looking for relax, next to the entrance to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Ubud city centre is a bit far if you don't hire a motorbike or take a taxi.
Only pay attention to the monkeys: they look friendly but are curious and will try to steal a banana or a bottle of water from your backpack if they see it. Don't push them away or they will get...

“We book 5 deluxe double rooms for 10 people, but according to the hotel there was a mistake in the system and had paid too little. So before going through expedia and the hotel manager, for not chasing the problems we had arranged everything with confirmation from the hotel and expedia respectively.
Although we have confirmed the booking for 10 people in the deluxe rooms, the American manager one of the first few nights after you have already checked in with just arrived local staff, is at...
