“The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the floor was super slippery in the bedroom but not a major problem for us once aware. The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. The area is not the busiest which is nice but also not a lot within walking distance - small convenience store, a tiny cafe (Umalas Brew, good coffee) if you need and one spa/restaurant...

“When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. “La struttura non è curata a dovere, la piscina era per lo più impraticabile per la mancata funzione dei filtri e la poca manutenzione, i fornelli non funzionavano, il bagno terribilmente caldo, internet spesso assente, la colazione e' sempre la stessa, abbiamo cambiato stanza dopo una settimana, ma le cose non sono migliorate, nella nuova abitazione mancava spesso l'acqua calda e ci è stata data una stanza più piccola. Avrei cambiato volentieri hotel dopo 2 giorni,”

“These villas are lovely as were each of the staff. I hurt myself on the way there falling from a bike and the staff were most attentive and checked to ensure that I was OK. The villa was huge and well set up. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool daily and found the property was well-priced. The only issue we had was the traffic noise ”

“Sono arrivata in hotel con il voucher e mi hanno detto che la stanza acquistata a 120€ per due notti (categoria deluxe) non era disponibile perché sfortunatamente occupata da qualcuno che era arrivato prima di me! Non era altresì disponibile una stanza superior, ma solo una standard ( tra l’altro nell’ala meno curata della struttura ), del costo di 20€ a notte, di cui allego un paio di foto.”

“The hotel is outdated, the kitchen not equipped with plates or enough glasses, a bit far from the beach, although they had on their website stated that they have a shuttle to the beach, that is not true. Also any dining option require transportation. However the staff is very friendly and accommodating, ”

“Was very hot at the property, all night was on 16 ° ,when cleaning service came he turned off completely!!! Bathroom didn't flash, !!!! Pool size is excellent! People who is welcoming absolutely kind!! If that will be fixed, it will be absolutely amazing vila !!”
