“The rental had many stains on the carpet and what looked like burns as well. The master bedroom had water stains in the ceiling near the sliding door. Some of the walls in the rental showed more water stains. The floors squeezed on the top floor. You could here footsteps throughout the rental whenever anyone walked across the floor. The walls between the master bedroom and the adjacent rental are thin. You could hear the renters next door talk. The rental needs some repairs to bring it up to...

“The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with...
