“Accoglienza disorganizzata e scortese,l'appartamento è decoroso e caldo la piscina è una vasca da bagno molto più piccola che dalla foto, la sauna piccolissima ma il peggio è l'hammam ( credo sia uno scherzo). La signora che gestisce il complesso è assolutamente inadeguata, non parla nessuna lingua oltre che il francese, maleducata isterica ed anche volgare.”

“Pessima esperienza: 1. Hotel presentato come 5 stelle che ne aveva solo 3. 2. Richiesto il pagamento di extra che nella presentazione risultavano gratuiti a titolo d'esempio cito la SPA e un'integrazione non dichiarata in fase di prenotazione per la cena del 31/12. I problema NON è pagare gli extra (SPA e l'integrazione alla cena) ma il minimo è essere trasparenti e indicare che nonostante i 450€ richiesti per il pernottamento ci sarebbero stati anche questi extra. 3. Personale scortese...

“Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. ”

“Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...

“Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!”
