“Posto incantevole e personale cortese. la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione almeno per quanto riguarda le camere poste nel blocco fronte mare. Dal bagno della nostra camera (105) proveniva un odore terribile, purtroppo l'hotel era pieno e non é stato possibile cambiare camera. Peccato perché il posto é bellissimo, in mezzo alla natura e di fronte al mare che é talmente piatto da sembrare un lago. “Great little 1 night stay. For an older building i was pleasantly surprised at the size and condition of room, especially the spacious bathroom. All very nice. Only downfall is very tight parking which can't be helped wirh limited space.”

“Newagen is an older property, but is maintained beautifully. It’s in a gorgeous location with a great restaurant and a delicious included breakfast. Great staff. Very clean and very comfortable. Great ocean views!! I highly recommend the beautiful Maine seaside inn in the Boothbay area. ”

“the location is rather isolate so it is recommended for person that like to remain away from everything . The gusted are kind and available to follow any request. In our case they looked after for a restaurant reservation by reconvening a very nice place and take care of the booking.”

“We loved our stay with Linda. The property is an old house that she keeps nicely and comfortably. We had an initial problem with hot water but Linda had it fixed the following day. The breakfast was amazing and the area around relaxing. You do need a car to go places and they close early. ”

“Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros...

“This property was beautiful, comfortable and clean, centrally located but out of the main street crowds. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance so it worked out well. We would go back in a minute!! Carol is the ultimate hostess, and serves an amazing breakfast!!!!”
