Hotel 3 stelle a Lumut

“It’s a great place for family vacation and stay..”

“Hotel is relatively new but maintenance isn’t easy with relatively high wear and tear from volume of guests. Reception staff are excellent. Swimming pool is really very small….. adds up to a few bath tubs. Beach is right across the small road so easily accessible. Note that the room items are placed in rather unusual locations, for example bathroom toiletries are found not in the bathroom but under the table in the bedroom and the telephone is not on the bedside table but affixed to the edge...

“The bathroom is quite smelly due to the sewage problem. Others ok.”

“The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side.”

“Overall ok. They have a swimming pool there. That's nice. Room was nice but service is a little down rated. ”

“Ok for short stay. The room is dated and not well maintained. Both toilets leak from the back making the tile floor wet. High risk of someone slipping. Advised the reception about issue but only make empty promises to have issue resolved. TV reception very poor. No tea orovided.”

“Good, but the Room that i get is smaller than i paid. I paid for Deluxe Queen, but only get Standard Queen Room.”
