“Ny allez surtout Jai paye lhotel via hitel.com et le réceptionniste ma refuse lentree malgré le fait que je lui ai montré la facture de reservation regle avec les dates indiquées. Ils se sont obstinés à me refuser l'entrée. Apres les avoir menacé de contacter la police, ils mont propose un hotel dans une autre adresse tres eloigne de lhotel dorigine, en m'y rendant surprise, lhotelier netait pas au courant et ma refuse lentree.
