“Our bathroom’s light was off. Talked to the lady in charge on Friday’s evening. She promised to fix it first thing in the morning and since the hotel was fully booked, she promised to offer us something to offset this inconvenience. Nothing was done, this is sad news. Room is also noisy, we could hear the neighbours showering. Bad experience ”

“Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor. ”
