“This hotel is perfect for a stopover in Arlanda! Good price. The buffet breakfast starts at 4:00 am. Shuttle to/from the airport (5 minute distance) is very efficiently organised all day (it must be booked in advance). The evening restaurant has good choices for a quick dinner (no other options around). Rooms are essentials but clean and quite. Elevator. Vending machines. I highly recommend and will return again. ”

“Rooms are very old fashioned but cleaned. View on the parking lot, my materass was quite old. At the spa I eas welcomed by a teenager who provided me an XXL bathrobe despite I am slim. He is in desperate need of a customer care course.
He seems too busy checking his social network profiles and earing his meal at the spa reception desk to care for the very wet and slippery floor in the male changing room.
He has no time eaither to replenish the water caraff in the relax area.
