“The alcohol was horrible you couldn’t even drink any of it. We had to go out buy the alcohol at supermarket to be able to drink it. The bartenders were nice but not enough of them to be efficient for the amount of people at the resort. The system of how to make reservations for the restaurants was only on certain time and you had to get up super early to form the line. The quality of the food in restaurants were just ok editable. “Overall, great experience. Staff were very nice. Resort rules can be quite restrictive, We were stopped multiple times due to not having either a bottom or being a little wet to go to the food area. We had sarongs and were pretty much dry. We are in the middle of the beach and pool for goodness sake! The beach and pool were the best parts! ”

“All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Dopo due giorni di richieste la gentile signora Jane ci ha assegnato la giusta camera. In entrambe le camere il wc non scaricava e l'acqua regolarmente mancava. Un vero disagio.
Inoltre la notte c'era un gran movimento di donne del luogo in visita agli ospiti uomini.... L'ambiente non è risultato adatto a turisti venuti per visitare i luoghi dell'isola. Non ci è piaciuto. Nota positiva il servizio colazione e cena...Buone....

“Wonferfull stay! Our Suite was very large and immaculate! The restaurant and bar were awesome, but the best thing about this place are the staff!!!!! So kind and helpful and attentive. We loved them!!!”

“Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy! The staff made the stay much more than expected. They became like family. They were very attentive and patient with us through the language variances. The chef Chickie was excellent and would alter the menu as requested. Anna the housekeeper went beyond to ensure things were cleaned.
