“2 hours to check in as room was not ready. Then both ac units didn’t work and there were clothes left in the room from previous guests that the cleaners did not remove. The resort never fixed or helped accommodate us to another room they just kept blowing me off. Staff was nice just didn’t seem to care about my room issues. ”

“For the price, the hotel was nice and great for the kids. The room was relatively clean, though the carpets were dirty enough that they would turn your feet black so shoes/slippers were necessary in the room. The pool was in nice condition but the water was quite cold. The size of the room was great, made it easy to stay organized. Breakfast is very basic; bagels, muffins, cereal and oatmeal. My family would use this hotel again for another vacation.”

“The room was clean and smelled excellent. The staff was great and the room was spacious with a king bed and queen bed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Clear view and hearing the ocean was relaxing. The room bathroom was excellent with the shower head coming from the ceiling and very big shower. I would definitely choose to stay there next time im in the ormond area.”

“My husband and I were here for our anniversary and a family dinner on Saturday. Our stay was wonderful. The room was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything. We loved the view, and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach while we drank our coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back! ”
