“Our stay was great, room was ready and we were 30,, 40 minutes early.Room was clean new and fresh. My only complaint/advice is that the pool bar is quite popular and many people order food with a plethora of changes.. as well as drinks and each day the bartender was basically by himself.. Too much for one person to keep up with. NOT his fault, simply too many permiutations to keep up with..”

“Hotel nuovo, fronte mare, veramente molto bello e curato. Piscina piacevole con fiume per le ciambelle e vari getti, in piu idromassaggio esterno e area attrezzata attorno. Camera vista mare che vale i soldi in più spesi, 2 letti comodissimi, ottima insonorizzazione e tutto cio che serve per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole (wifi, tv,frigo, area divano...),in piu il balcone arredato vista mare, con panorama, colori e tramonti bellissimi. Parcheggio compreso oppure valet a 19$ a notte,...

“Nice place, they forgot to call us when room was ready, there was construction work, but it did not impact the stay. Odd they don't take cash at the bar, You need a car to get to restaurants and shops, as there is nothing you can walk too. You also need to pay extra to have your room cleaned.”

“I traveled with my pet and the attention and everything was good thanks to I am very happy to be there. ”

“Rooms were fabulous but finding the front office to check in was difficult. GPS takes you all over the sprawling facility and not directly to the office. That needs to be updated—or better signs guiding you to the office should be posted. Pool area is very nice with giant hot tub and kids play area. ”

“Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing”

“On the gulf... the elevators were very slow or broke and handicap doors didn’t work been on order since November told by maintenance staff. The beds were old terrible very outdated...”
