“服務不錯，地點也算方便！
剛進到大廳的時候覺得非常的氣派，實際辦理入住的時候才發現到我選的是在本館的套房°
服務人員耐心地跟我解說內容，可能是我的語文能力還不夠好，沒有辦法完全理解。再者，比較可惜的是並沒有跟我說是否可以使用本管的餐飲服務等等，所以我入住的這幾天就沒有特別過去享用他們的餐點°
入住後，房間算乾淨，設備比較基本，但是基本上該有的毛巾都有，只是毛巾有一點髒髒的感覺，不知道是不是因為房間的燈光比較昏暗的關係°
洗澡水柱稍微弱了一點，因為沒有準備室內拖鞋，腳濕濕的踩到房間會覺得有一種滑滑、黏黏的感覺，之後就去買了一雙室內拖鞋了…冷氣會涼，但是聲音稍微大聲°
小插曲是，我一開始拿到的房卡根本無法進入房間，再告知櫃檯後，你處理了兩三次才完成，但服務人員還是非常有耐心的幫我解決這個問題！”

La nostra era una camera tripla con letto King size, da sottolineare che le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata.
Ottimo il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel.”

“This is the worst resort we have been. There is no way you could contact them! All numbers are not working! we had to re schedule our stay as my niece got sick. Wasted a 2 night stay!”

“Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. We loved that the kids club waa across the gym so this was a great amenity for those who work out every day. The pool was great for lap swim, especially early in the am when there was nobody else. Breakfast was pricey, but had lots of options. We liked that pastries and bread were purposefully prepped in tiny servings as most people just want to try and taste these. Shyra from the dining room went above and beyond for us. She...

“The staff was exceptional and very polite. The food was DELICIOUS and more like western cuisine. Best BLT I’ve had in years. Found some loose boards at the pool and maintenance fixed it right away. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable compared from other hotels I stayed at. A bit more expensive than other hotels, but still a nice place to stay”

“Place was clean, rooms were clean, great venue , have a small Cafe downstairs with great food, breakfast was average compared to other hotels but sill taste great.
They do have a subpar wifi system it is the only problem I had with the hotel overall.
Great staff, willing to help and explain everything clearly in room massages were great put me and the wife to sleep.
If their wifi was better I would happily give 5/5. However the constant disconnecting and not being available and not being able...
