“Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received... Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par. In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception...

“Отель не новый, но все в хорошем состоянии. До приезда прислали E-mail с предложением трансфера. По прилету в аэропорту меня ждал водитель с табличкой, на которой было написано моя фамилия. Отель в пешей доступности от Центра Гейдара Алиева, у меня с номера он был видел. Так же в пешей доступности 2 станции метро (около 15 минут), станции «28 Мая» и «Гянджлик». Но чаще всего мы гуляли пешком, так как любим пешие прогулки. Приобретал заселение с завтраками, завтраки стандартные, все что...

“The staff in this hotel are what makes it 5 star. Polite, respectful and so helpful. Huge room, spotlessly clean. Big bathroom and huge shower Had breakfast once, great value but far too much. My wife was unwell for most of the 12 days but they looked after us so well. Was stuck in bed for 4 days and in room 6 days. Lots of hot water. Towels and bedding could be better but no big deal. Could feel a bit noisy at times as sound travelled far due to building design. Not excessive though and never...

“To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”
