“Breakfast buffet was awesome! Although the toilet papers easily run out, there’s no problem for replenishment when you request from front desk.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are concerned for your safety as we tend to walk around the blocks very early in the morning and asked us to walk where he can keep an eye on us .. none that we encountered any safety issues with our walks. Although hot outside, the AC worked real well. Very affordable too!”

“Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me...”

“When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works.
We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups.
When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us.
The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”

“DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel.
They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through.”
