“The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). The young guy at the reception was nice and he changed the room for me as the A/C did not work, but the lady in the morning was rude and unpolite and when I asked to buy two bottles of water, she kept on asking me who I was, what is my name, what is the room number etc. in a very...

“This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. “The hotel is quite small which is a bonus. Some rooms on tbe ground floor have direct access to the pool . Its design is modern but not cold. Our standard double room was not big, it had a spacious bathroom though. The hotel is beautifully situated 5 min from the sea through a walk amidst pine trees. The beach is amazing - wide with soft sand and very quiet. There are sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach. I loved it. The hotel has a free underground parking too. A really nice place”

“great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.”

[+] Patron et personnel de l'hôtel sympathiques et bon service
[+] Kruje est situé à flan de montagne; l'hôtel est en haut vers la petite partie historique et la citadelle
[+] Hôtel "neuf" et propre
[+] Belle vue sur la plaine et la mer (coucher de soleil) pour ceux qui sont du bon côté
[-] Pour les chambres qui donnent vers la montagne, un peu bruyant si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes (sinon très bonne isolation phonique)”
