“Beautiful hotel, calm, clean with wonderful staff. We stayed just as a stop over but wished we could stay longer. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast had a large selection. Not sure how anyone could not enjoy their stay. As a tip the entrance is at gate 2 for security. ”

“The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions ”

“I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. “İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

“The property is excellent, but the experience was terrible. I reserved 3 nights from 30 July to 2nd of August, drove for 3 hours to find the reservation, made by mistake from the management site (expedia their local representative) from July 31st to 3rd of August. After many tough discussions with the local management company, that kept insisting hard that they are not responsible for the mistake, they found me an apartment for the first night, smaller than our needs.
