“Posizione molto centrale e vicina alla stazione della metro di Yuyuan, stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti, colazione a buffet ottima e molto varia.”

“L'hotel è vicino ai mezzi pubblici ed è molto vicino a Piazza del Popolo. Gli elementi positivi finiscono qui. Le condizioni della struttura sono pessime. I servizi approssimativi e la pulizia del tutto insufficiente. Il personale poi è scortese ed impreparato. Se avete bisogno di servizi( come ad esempio prenotare un taxi) fate da soli che è meglio, altrimenti vi troverete a pagare questi servizi almeno il doppio del prezzo corrente. Se cercate un hotel a Shanghai evitate questo.”

“清潔で斬新なホテルでした。しかし、たばこのにおいが不快。換気口を伝わって煙草のにおいが入ってきていました。短時間の滞在だったので我慢はできましたが。 あと、安価な値段ではありましたが有料で朝食をつけていたのに朝食会場についての説明がなく時間もあまり余裕がなかったので朝食を食べることをあきらめました。 朝食会場もわかりにくく、システムもわかりにくい あとは良かったです ”

“We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Clean, quiet, staff was excellent and very professional and everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within a few minutes walk as well as the Metro. Awesome experience!!”

“初めての上海でしたが、ホテルはとても清潔で、非常に快適に過ごせました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。出張のためあまり自由に移動していませんが、地下鉄の駅は少々遠いよう。それ以外は特に気になる点はありません。1階にはカフェもコンビニもありますし、非常に便利だと思います。スタッフの方は英語が苦手な方もいましたが、皆さんとても感じが良かったです。”

“La struttura è abbastanza moderna e ben tenuta. Il personale della hall è garbato e parla inglese. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e ben dotate (unica pecca: non c'è il frigobar). Il wifi è gratuito ma ci ha dato diversi problemi perchè il vpn non riusciva a partire. La negatività maggiore ed evidente è invece la colazione: di intercontinentale ha veramente poco (pane congelato da tostare, marmellata all'arancia e alla fragola, burro, due tipi di cereali atipici, succo di arancia, latte caldo e...

“The hotel is very modern, and very clean, well organized. The breakfast buffet is a highly reccomneded must in my opinion. The hotel is a short walk away from the metro station est. . 10mins. The surrounding area is very new and there is a nice riverside walk you can reach via the mercedes benz arena. In short, this is a great place to stay ! ”

“部屋も綺麗で、ベッドシーツも綺麗。水回りも綺麗。とても小さい虫が3匹くらいいたけど気にすることでもなかった。ホテルフロントの対応も、部屋を迷ってる時に清掃の方も親切で、留守にしてる間ドアの前に水置いてたり、とても親切だった！朝食無料なのに種類豊富で美味しいし、レストランも良かった。上海虹橋駅から地下鉄で来た。中心街へも行きやすい30分ほど。おすすめです”

When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage. ”
