“We stayed here for two nights and we were astounded how good the hotel was for the price that we paid. The room was ample size, spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The food (both breakfast and dinner) were excellent and great value for money. We have already booked to return next year. “Pro: Ambienta molto caratteristico, che fa perdonare qualche vecchiume e qualche solaio storto. Buona pulizia, ottima colazione, personale molto cortese. Posizione ottimale sulla High Street. Contro: il WiFi non prende nelle stanze, almeno in quelle più lontane dalla reception. Non è più possibile parcheggiare nel cortile gratuitamente, ma solo a pagamento.”

“The staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldn’t do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. ”

"This hotel is not comfortable. No elevator, and thin curtains. A lot of light from the windows wakes you up at sunrise. Bathroom dirty and with bad smell. Good breakfast, and free parking. Dinner restaurant with limited choice and expensive for the quality and service"
