“Ms. Tonie was at the front desk and was amazing from our early check in to extending our stay. She made our trip even better because she was so kind and helpful.
The cleaning staff was also great and cleaned thoroughly by request because we had someone arrive later. When we returned it literally smelled and looked so clean.
The hot tub and pool was also amazing and pool towels were always stocked and available.”

“Our stay at the Sirata was disappointing. Our room was nice and mostly clean. However, the grounds and outdoor spaces were considerably less numerous and less impressive than the pictures indicate. There is a construction project going on that blocks the view of the ocean from most of the resort spaces.
