“The property need a serious renovation, Aircone capacity didn’t fits the room size which makes it really long time to cool the room….toilet seats cover was loose which was really annoying…head shover wasn’t adjustable….breakfast buffet was all the same for the whole week which is a disappointment…”

Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them).
Bathroom needs upgrade.

“Very convenient location but can’t say much for the rooms, food or staff. At dinner we ordered a potato and vegetable soup but it was just a bunch of soggy veg in a bowl of microwaved water and it only had one tiny chunk of potato in. Afterwards, I politely asked if I could settle my bill in the morning when I checked out. I was obviously in no way trying to get out of paying I just wanted to use the 200,000 idr that I had paid as a room deposit (which was a strange thing in itself) because I...

“Room is clean, cozy and colorful. Everything would be great if only no problem with toilet. It can't flushing. Too tired to ask the technician as it's quite late when arrived at hotel. Please fix the problem and keep it up.”

“I had a great stay in this hotel (again), it’s nice and clean and the people there are kind and serviceminded. Facilities to make tea/coffee, free bottled of water every day and fridge in the room. Fair price. ”
