"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "

"Easy, fast and friendly check-in. I had been allocated a room next to the lift but that was changed as soon as I asked. Room clean and spacious for me. Open clothes hanging space not an issue for me. Bathroom compact but not uncomfortably so: e.g. shower was big enough. Step up to bathroom not an issue for me.
