“I was initially in another, similarly priced, hotel in Suva that was so unpleasant I decided to move. Capricorn was such a relief - the room is spacious, bright, well layed out and the view is spectacular. It was great to have an outdoor porch and to have the opportunity to prepare simple meals. The location was also excellent. Just up the hill from the main downtown shopping area so food courts and other restaurants were easy to access. - a walk away from the city and all shopping areas or businesses
- extremely good staff
- good air-con and spacious rooms
- okay view of the bay
- daily room service
Improvements needed:
- better cleanliness or deep cleaning of the rooms needed

“TV did not work no handle on balcony door bathroom door had no handle and didi not close.The lift did not work so they moved me down 1 flight of stairs to a 2 room unit that had 7 beds in it ? As the lift was not getting fixed I left 5 days earlyat my own cost.This place should not be advertised on any website.”

“very friendly and accommodating staff helped us with all our issues. the rooms were great, and even bigger than we expected. All very clean and comfortable. big restaurant with lots of choices. the overall venue felt a little more corporate than homely, but if you want a quiet place to be left alone to swim and sit on the beach with lots of space, then it is perfect.”
