“Had a wonderful stay! Staff was exceptional, the rooms(paint, doors, AC Unit, equipment, etc) felt a bit dated but were clean and perfectly fine for me!”

“Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect. The balcony was the cherry on top. Gorgeous sunset views. A nice energy from downtown at night. Loved the record player in the room. There’s a nice vinyl...

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken,
Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!”
