“The focus of the hotel are the 3 nice medium-sized pools catering the needs of kids and adults. Some beautiful greenery and flowers around. Then the hotel and the rooms would clearly need some refreshing. The a/c in the rooms is old and noisy (we were there during a heat wave). Breakfast and food are okeish, but not lavish, which I guess goes with moderate cost of the facility. Staff is very nice, but that sometimes does not balance out some shortcomings of the hotel itself. All in all, an ok...

“Bonjour, nous avons été bien reçus. Les responsables de la réception étaient très polis, corrects, serviables. Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. “Location is great for this hotel, and great pool area, but rooms are showing wear. The bed was very comfortable and liked the small seating area. I found it overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, but it is licensed. In need of updating but is in a great location. May have been a 4 star at one time, but felt more like a 3 star.”
