“Cercavo un hotel vicino all'aereoporto internazionale di Dar El Salam in Tanzania per una sola notte prima di ritornare in Italia; avevo letto sul sito che distava solo 4 km, invece occorrono circa due ore di macchina per arrivarci! Hotel bellissimo, vicino al mare che sembrava anch'esso bello; ma non era quello che mi serviva! Ritornata in Italia ho riguardato la distanza, sembra essere stata aggiornata, 20 km; ma il tempo per arrivarci, con il traffico di Dar, è 2 ore.”

“Das mir zur Verfügung gestellte Appartement war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Klimaanlage - was aus der ebookers-Seite (zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung) nicht klar hervorging). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in Kürze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail...

“This is our second stay having stayed here in Dec 2018. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff very helpful. We would like in paticular to thank Joshua and Irene (front of house) and Aisha and Nicolas (in the restaurant).”

“Great stay at Fig Tree residences. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast with a range of options like greek yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet connection. There's also a gym with a decent selection of equipment.”

“This was a short business trip and the hotel was perfectly located for most of the offices I needed to visit. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful (they genuinely remembered my name and preferences!) - the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very pleasant experience.”

“STAFF”

“Wir hatten für einen Tag gebucht. Letztendlich haben wir nochmal um einen Tag verlängert. Das Hotel braucht sich hinter großen Hotels wie z.b. das White Sands nicht verstecken. Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr super Angestellten. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war nicht riesig, aber groß genug für uns und auch super geschnitten. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Was da nur etwas stört, dass die Vögel immer reingeflogen kommen und versuchen an das Essen zu kommen. Da wir Halbpension...

“Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum für uns alle. Es hat buchstäblich an nichts gefehlt, selbst die Abrechnung ging schnell und unkompliziert, ich freue mich schon auf ein "nächstes Mal".”
