"I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel. The property is excellent, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The location is truly enchanting, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I must highlight some shortcomings in the restaurant service. During one dinner, they served us a bottle of wine that was already uncorked and didn’t pour it into our glasses, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Additionally, dessert cutlery was left on the side of the table without being distributed to guests. A positive point is the paddle tennis court, a beautiful amenity offered by the hotel. However, I noticed that many rackets were almost broken, and the balls were old and wet. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but some areas need improvement to maintain the prestigious standards one expects."
