“Our stay was a quick one; we chose this hotel based on location to the Kinsmen sports complex. All in all, the room served its purpose. Could use a new mattress and fluffy pillows. Towels could be updated as well, they were on the smaller size and felt very worn out - sand paper texture. Our breakfast was not included we paid for a basic continental breakfast - coffee was good! The hotel does not include parking to the room cost. They will charge you $30 for an overnight stay! Again, nice hotel...

“Air Conditioning in my room did not work, accosted by a junkie in their parkade. Paid for two days, checked out after one night. Staff didn't even bother to ask why I was checking out early. Would never stay here again.”

“Such an incredible experience. The energy around the game and the whole Ice District was amazing. We even had some unexpected run-ins with some of the Colorado team at the hotel, and the players and staff we met were incredibly kind and polite. It made the whole trip feel even more special—definitely something I won’t forget.”

“My husband and I stayed here for one night. There are more pros that cons:
Pros:
- helpful friendly staff
- location was great
- room was clean
- bed was very comfortable
- tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily)
Cons:
- rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room.
- bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions....
