“Experiência incrível no Tomo. Funcionários prestativos e sempre bem humorados, o quarto e banheiro são ótimos, espaçosos e confortáveis. Área de lazer bem agradável, com piscina, spa e academia! As comidas estavam ótimas, tem 3 refeições inclusas: café da manhã, almoço e jantar e os lanches nos games do Safari. As refeições são suficientes, apenas o almoço que era apenas um “lanchinho”, então se estiver com muuuita fome talvez não seja suficiente. Mas de resto, tudo impecável! ”

“The hotel is characteristic and located 200mt from Kruger gate. The room are spacious but there is no balcony or veranda but just a wide window to the grass (this aspect should be improved) The cleanliness was acceptable but not excellent. Wifi quite weak. Breakfast acceptable. Swimming pool nice. Staff kind. We asked to the reception for a half day safari but was fully booked, at the end they were able to arrange it but at high price of 160€ (usually is 80€). We suggest to have dinner...

“The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.”
