“We stay here often and have always enjoyed our experiences, which is why this review is difficult to write. Unfortunately, this visit was not up to the standard we've come to expect.
At nearly $500 for one night, I expected the room to be much cleaner than it was. It appeared that only the bare minimum had been done, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In the past, our stays have been great, so this was disappointing.
I rarely leave anything less than a positive review...

“Max at front desk customer service was great friendly an very helpful. Making all adjustments with a smile.
Thank you....svc will have me returning...alittle up grades to the rooms would help....thete was no coffee maker nor microwave no soap stand in shower no rack for wash clothes...”

“Clean room very friendly staff. Loved that it was right on the beach. The restaurant, Mahi's, was delicious. It is in a great location on the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside was $15 a day to park. Will definitely stay there anytime we come back to Virginia Beach”
