“If you are looking for a relaxing, home from home getaway then Villachad is the perfect place. The accomodation is quirky, clean and comfortable. The pool is a nice way to cool down . A bonus was having a beauty and massage therapist on site for some additional pamper. The cold and hot breakfast was more than adequate to start the day. Louise and Ernie are warm, attentive hosts with many suggestions of restaurants to visit and places to see on a short stay. Overall a great experience.”

“Beautiful property facing the Fynbos and the Ocean at Hermanus. Clear view of the Southern Right whales during whale season located in one of the best spots to see them as well. Steps to the beautiful Cliff Path walk for a morning or afternoon walk and 10 minutes by car to the center of town. Couldn’t be better located in my opinion. “The property is lovely and welcoming. It’s unfortunate that the Duty Manager is rude and bitter. She ruined the experience by kicking us out of the property at 11:40 saying that we cannot leave our car because the property closes when she takes her lunch break. We were told that she was new. Well, she clearly should not be working in the hospitality industry. We didn’t even spend 24h on the property although we booked the Honey Moon suite. “Amazing gem of a place! Loved every minute. Great location, cottages are nicely furnished, reasonably priced and the meals at the farm shop are awesome. Wine Hoppers will even drop and fetch you from this location. Will keep coming back!”

“Spettacolare appartamento su due piani con vista (parziale) sul mare, con ampio salotto, due camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. Arredamento nuovo anche se alcune finiture soprattutto nei bagni erano rovinate e maltenute (niente di che, ma stonava con tutto il resto). Buono il livello di pulizia anche se gli asciugamani erano vecchi e pochi (il secondo giorno non sono neanche stati sostituiti tutti).”
