“GREAT hotel, excellent value! The food (both breakfast and dinner) was outstanding. It's right across the street from a group of high rise apartment buildings that looked rather sketchy, so we weren't sure how safe the area was. And THERE IS NO LAUNDRY FACILITY, regardless of what it says on Expedia!!!!! That was the main reason we booked this hotel on Expedia - only to arrive there and find out that it isn't so! ”

“Think work on the WiFi in the hotel and the restaurant needs to be done as could barely load a webpage up. Hotel room needs bit of painting as scuff marks on walls. Bath plug broke off as tried to pull it out. Number to call to sort things the guy was clearly not in a good mood whatsoever the sigh and groan I got when I said I needed it sorted was clearly not in the mood. The red squirrel roast dinner is always a treat me and the kids love so food is great just need a bit of work on the above”

“Posto molto elegante, camera altrettanto elegante, spaziosa e con arredi ricercati. La doccia non è all'altezza del posto e anche il materasso troppo morbido. “si tratta di un albergo sporco nelle parti comuni con i giardini assolutamente incolti. nelle stanze c'era tappezzeria vinilica di dubbio gusto non confacente con lo stile dell'albergo. le porte delle parti comuni erano tutte usurate dal passaggio dei carrelli la vernice era consumata e si vedeva il legno. abbiamo pagato e siamo scappati via senza neanche soggiornarvi.”

“There was no clear way to easily communicate with host. Thankfully he reached out to us when we didn’t arrive at check-out time.
