“The room wasn’t ready at 4pm as advertised - had to wait an additional 1.5 hour before getting into hot room where the refrigerator didn’t work and water dripped from the bathroom ceiling the entire time. Obviously under staffed. The kicker was the mandatory hidden daily room fee that was not part of the original Expedia offer… buyer be ware”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.”
