“We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.”

“A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often.
Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained.”

“Friendly and helpful staff - complimenrary drink on arrival as oyr room wasnt ready. Batteries refreshed in room heating/cooling fan remote handset when requested. Delicious breakfast but we found dining in the conservatory quite cramped and invasive. Our room was a quirky shape, the TV was tiny. Bathroom was ckean and modern except for the ill fitting shower head and very narrow bath. Lovely outside patio area.”

“The room and en-suite were lovely - beautifully appointed and very quiet. Just what we needed. The staff went out of their way to help. There are three car parks and we had no trouble parking. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for every taste.
There are three restaurants, The Ocean, The Steak House and Buho (serving Mexican food). Sadly, The Ocean was only open one night during our four night stay as the fish dishes there were excellent. Seemed such a shame as Guernsey is...
