“We have stayed multiple times at Castaway and this was by far the most disappointing. The staff were lovely as always, however the dining options were extremely disappointing. Being forced on some nights to have the buffet when all we wanted was a single dish each meant that dining was very expensive for a family of four. The resort also feels very dated now We now are in 2 minds as to whether we would come back. ”

“La struttura si trova in un giardino botanico, da utilizzare solo per volo al mattino presto/arrivo la sera tardi visto che intorno non c'è nulla, tantomeno il mare. Da tenere presente che la stanza consiste in una tenda, non è un hotel! In generale la struttura è molto scenica, sicuramente però la manutenzione non è attenta e contribuisce a dare un'impressione di essere abbandonata a se stessa. Buon servizio il transfer gratuito da/per l'aeroporto.”

“The bad first: Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3.45pm. The first room was available immediately while we were told that the 2nd room was still being cleaned so we were asked to hang around in the other room. Our room was finally given to us at 5.45pm but luggage for both the rooms weren’t delivered till 6pm even after we called multiple times and told the staff we had to go out for dinner. We had to cancel our initial dinner plans due to the delay. There was no offer of a late check out...

“La struttura, Il personale ed i servizi sono di ottimo livello. Il vicino aeroporto è comodamente raggiungibile tramite shuttle gratuito. Però la distanza dal centro abitato più vicino è tale che per variare un po’, oltre alla spiaggia del resort ed al ristorante dello stesso, un giorno ho dovuto noleggiare un’auto. Insomma tutto OK a parte l’assenza di servizi di trasporto e di una città sufficientemente vicina.”

“Avevo prenotato una quadrupla Ho trovato una doppia, quindi mi hanno dovuti cambiare camera e dato una con un divano letto che pero’ era. Decisamente piccolo e scomodo x le mie due figlie. Quindi alla fine ne abbiamo fatta dormire una nel matrimoniale ed e’ stato scomodo Per il resto l’hotel e’bello, alla reception sono gentili, la colazione e’ buona e poi hanno una splendida piscina sul tetto”
