“I stayed in the hotel for 10 days on business. It is a calm oasis outside the city centre, very well maintained, with clean rooms and public areas. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The restaurant prepared special meals off the menu for me. The best part is the surroundings - tranquil, clean, and quiet - a great place to stay for a longer stretch in Lusaka. The electricity and water went out occasionally, but the generator comes on almost immediately, so this was not a problem, plus the wifi...

“L'hotel ha aperto da pochissimo ed è curato in ogni dettaglio. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli. Consiglio una camera ad un piano alto per godere di una bella vista sulla città, in particolare la notte. La zona è molto trafficata di giorno, e per arrivare al parcheggio ci sono diverse rampe da salire , nonostante tutto l hotel è sempre silenzioso. Consigliato!”

“The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was cold and had no preasure, rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor. Sub standard and I broke 1water glass and they changed me K100 a total rip off if you ask me. ”

“This property spans an impressive 650 acres of land, where wildlife frequently roams right up to the front of the villa, creating an unforgettable experience. During our morning game drive, we were thrilled to spot four giraffes, zebras, and a variety of other animals. The breathtaking scenery and the pristine condition of the property exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property for an exceptional stay immersed in nature.”

“The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. Fallsway does have backup generators, although I can't say if they were used during my...

“Sam the general Manager is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you whenever he can. The staff are very friendly and give you the feeling that they are to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible nothing seems to be to much trouble. The best of being self catering but with all the facilities that you would get in a hotel ie meals cooked to order plus plus. The only item that is missing for me was that there was no gym and i am an exercise fanatic.”
