“Personale in generale gentile. Non sono rimasta soddisfatta della cena a buffet. La prima sera, dopo aver aspettato, ho dovuto chiamare un ragazzo per far pulire il tavolo. Alla richiesta fatta di avere dell'acqua il ragazzo ha risposto certamente, peccato che poi fosse andato a parlare col ragazzo all'entrata fregandosene allegramente”

“Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno nel mar morto. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Stanza grande, pulita e confortevole. Wifi ben funzionante Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia. Sicuramente da consigliare. Unica nota negativa, se si può dire, in quella zona, oltre a qualche altro albergo ed un mini centro commerciale, non c’è assolutamente nulla. ”

“Rooms were clean and spacious, apartment features were perfect for our 2-week stay. Our host, Khalid, was incredibly helpful and the staff on-site were friendly and courteous. Kids loved the playground and we appreciated the ease of access to the main road and easy in/out for taxis and cars.”

“Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.”

“the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife did not notice we would not enjoy the whole place, but anyways overall was a good stay.”
