“和の雰囲気の綺麗な建物でスタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応で館内バリアフリーでスリッパも履かないのが開放的で居心地が凄く良かったです。 温泉もとても気に入りました。 硫黄の香りプンプンで…これぞ草津って感じでした 1泊の滞在で温泉には5回程入りに行くくらい寛げました（笑） 食事も大満足…夕飯のフリードリンクや夜のラーメン等、余計な出費がないのも魅力でした。 湯畑へのシャトルバス等、サービス満点です。 敢えてあげるなら駐車場からフロントまでの階段…雰囲気は凄く良いのですがキャリーケースを転がせるスロープが欲しいなと思いました。 また是非利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。 ”

“This is a lovely 'boutique hotel' in an absolutely beautiful part of the area north of Nakanojo near Lake Okushima. I wanted a truly Japanese place and I got it. Few, if any, 'foreigners' in the area. I was provided a bike and road around for 3 hours. The owner is a beautiful, kind lady and her and her staff treated me like a king. I had a room with a private hot spring pool - all I can say is "wow". If you want to see a place off the beaten track, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“My husband and I spent one amazing night here after hiking Mt Fuji the day before. We didn't know what to expect at our first Onsen but Kusatsu Onsen Buon exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located by Yubatake Hot Springs and Sainokawara Park. It has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere. We booked a 90 min full body massage at the hotel and the masseuses were spectacular. They addressed every aching body concern after our hike! The breakfast was also plus. I would highly recommend them...

“We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...

“地點其實是一個叫做「伊香保」溫泉的地方，應該係一個曾經盛極一時的溫泉區。這間森秋旅館，算是其中一間有多年傳承的溫泉旅館，地點在山腰，旅館本身擁有多個停車場，我見有「第七駐車場」，可想而知確實是當地地主。食用方面全是當地當灶，可謂時令食材為主。員工人數多，有許多資深的。酒店極為潔淨，你會感受到酒店方面在全力保養舊有設施的同時，亦盡力加添新設備，洗手間有自動感應燈光，可謂一大進步。晚餐已經不錯，但早餐更好。露天風呂算是很大的了。”
