“sono già stato diverse volte sopite di questo hotel. comoda la sua posizione non dita molto dall'aeroporto quindi buono nel caso si arrivi a Pune la sera tardi e ottimo quando si tratta di lasciare la città velocemente. il resto dei servizi all'altezza della categoria e della catena di cui fa parte. buono il ristorante a buffet anche se dovrebbero ampliare la gamma piatti internazinali”

“Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera. Ho fatto il chek-out e si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare la cena.”

“The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side).”

“We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.”

“The property is new (started Jan 2025) so everything has the 'fresh' character to it. We stayed here for 8 nights in Aug 2025, in the middle of rain season so everything around was green..the mountain view from the room was pleasing and aesthetic. The food was great. The entire staff was great in their "eager to please" service. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and always available to help us on short notice. Will surely visit again and recommend others as well.. Keep it up Radisson,...
