“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“À part avoir été victime d’un vol avec effraction durant mon enregistrement à l’hôtel le séjour était bien. Comment savoir qu’en se garant sur le côté de l’hôtel au lieu de devant celui ci nous risquions un vol. L’environnement avait l’air tranquille la réalité fut autre pour nous ”

“A great choice for business or a short getaway in a super convenient location right off 101. I was there on an overnight business trip and needed a quiet place that was dog friendly with a bar & dining on site. The staff and accommodations at The Ameswell Hotel knocked it out of the park. Nice amenities and upscale without being pretentious. A full bar with a great vibe, comfortable bed and my well behaved pup was welcome. A+”

“Everything was FABULOUS. Beds comfy, pillows glorious, rooms very clean and lovely! We had breakfast annd dinner in the restaurant in the lobby twice. The food and service was excellent. Only complaint is front desk agent that checked us in for not explain that the room key opened and closed the parking lot gate. I couldn’t figure out how to open it and paid the $14 fee twice with a credit card at the gate only to find out I was also charged for the parking on my bill. When I checked out,...

“Next time as a courtesy, it would be nice to know if our room that we will be staying in is going to be right next-door to the laundry room. Our stay was quiet and pleasant for the most part, however we were woken up about 3 or 4 AM to the sound of slamming of washer and dryer doors next to us which caused the pictures in our room to shake and wake us up.”

“What a stunning and charming historic hotel in the heart of Palo Alto. The staff is fantastic, the hotel decor and style is gorgeous and unique, the rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed and the roof-top lounge is a must for the view and a drink by the fire.
