“Parking was $51 which is ridiculous.
I asked for a luggage cart and porter left to go get one and never returned so we had to carry our bins up to our room.
Lastly, someone was smoking weed on our floor and it was aweful - the whole floor stunk.
I would not stay here again”

“Ivy at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. When I was sick she sent tea up to the room without me asking. Very good service, and I will be staying there again when I am back in the SV. ”

“Good breakfast, nice room.
My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning.
There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway.
Gym ok
You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before.
I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. ”
