“Grazioso hotel su Saracen Bay, camere molto pulite. Purtroppo in quelle dietro non hanno l'acqua calda. Cibo del ristorante nella media. ”

“+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

“Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues.”

“This is a beautiful classy resort. Come here for peaceful ambience. Quiet romance comes naturally. Food and service are first class. Enjoyed a wonderful BBQ dinner on the sand with a spectacular fire-show. ”

Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. “The island is a paradise and the beach at the tube is the most beautiful of the beaches on the island. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful people that I have ever encountered. ”

“I have no complaints about the hotel. Room was very clean. King size bed very comfortable. Shower is separate from the shower and the sink is too so no getting ready in each others way. As for the staff, they were so polite and couldn’t do enough for you. 10/10”

“Stanza ottima fornita di tutti i comfort, peccato che la spiaggia dell'hotel lascia molto a desiderare e per arrivare sulla spiaggia principale dell'isola occorre utilizzare per forza il servizio di trasporto mediante barca fornito dall'hotel ad orari prestabiliti.”

“Resort is not completely finished yet, but really clean and spacious. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of facilities on the resort you can use for free. We would recommend staying here.”
