“The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. “Nice hotel, great location for concerts/events. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast not bad but some of the cooked stuff had been hanging around a while. Bit noisy late at night from local night club but still managed to get to sleep.Extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported on that when leaving. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. No liners in bins - a small but important issue. Pretty good value for money, booked sometime in advance. ”

“The location and overall appeal of this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and the room was really nice, comfortable bed and very clean. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the breakfast. It was very expensive for what it was, and a proper buffet style approach might have worked better - especially if you only want a light breakfast. However that said we would stay again and would recommend, maybe just eat breakfast at one of the many local cafes! ”
