“Estamos encantados con el servicio recibido. Todo el personal del hotel, y sobre todos los chicos de la recepción, han estado muy amables y atentos. La comida del buffet riquísima y el pub irlandés muy bonito y con juegos para todas las edades.
Nos encantará repetir en futuro.”

“Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice.
My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a...

“Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. ”

“We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs
There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options ”
