“They have this text called Henry where you can text any question you want while you stay at this resort and they immediately answer you 24/7. I thought it was AI but then I asked and it’s really the people at the front desk texting back to me so then I felt a little bad because I was texting all the time asking different questions but they were so wonderful and they did not make me feel like I was bothering them. It was very helpful cause some of the questions I really did need to know. ”

“The hotel is well located to explore the nicer part of Montecito for shops and restaurants. The room is fairly large and nicely appointed. They offer free electric vehicle charging which is an excellent boon if you're driving up there in an EV. All the staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman running the garage and valet service. There was one problem in the bathroom fixtures, but they readily came up to fix it and solve the problem.”
