“Pros: beautiful hotel!
-fancy
-close to the beach
-great staff service
-yummy restaurant on site (overpriced but it was still delicious)
-very clean
-the heated floors in the bathroom are 10/10
Cons: bugs in room.
-We found a couple spiders, one on the bed and a few just in the room.
-the bed is very firm. I have a Temperpedic so I’m used to a softer bed and my back really hurt.
-The pillows are awful, flat and uncomfortable.
For such an expensive hotel, I think the bedding is lacking big...

“Over many stays, there have been things I've come to expect, I mean, they have been there every visit, like a dresser. My clothes were everywhere because there was nowhere to put them. There was a wardrobe with five hangers, but no shelf or drawers for folded clothes or delicate items.
There was no desk or table, and the comfy chairs were gone, too, as were the phone charger and clocks.
The heat didn't work, and the new drapes are thinner, so they didn't block out outside noise as well. There...
