“The rooms in general are very good BUT a lot is missed in the details/service. Room temperature is unstable, lights blink, lots of small things in the room which you are used to in 4* are missing. Reception is very bad, slow checkin, slow checkout, unable to give invoice, no pickup of phone. Also the moving door had an issue an many people walked against it as it suddenly stops midway. Only very good thing are the fast elevators.”

“This is for sure one of the most comfortable Hotels in the area of Bad Nauhaim and one of my favourite choice everytime I have to travel there for work. You can enjoy quite good food at restaurant and a nice swimming pool and spa for relaxing after a hard day at work. Breackfast is also nice, not with a wide choise but all you need for a continental breackfast.
